  • The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – the registered office of BFP Planung und Projekt GmbH.

9. Severability Clause

  • Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
